Biography
David J Tollerud received his Medical Degree from Mayo Medical School in 1978, and a Master of Public Health degree from Harvard School of Public Health in 1990. He is a member of numerous professional and scientific organizations, sits on a number of local, national and international committees dealing with environmental, occupational and public health issues, and has been an invited speaker numerous times.
