Biography
Qunwei Zhang, MD, MPH, PhD, is a Professor of the Department Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences at the University of Louisville School of Public Health and Information Sciences. Dr. Zhang received his MD degree from Fujiang Medical University and his MPH degree from the School of Public Health at Zhejiang University, China. After three years of experimental and clinical studies on the treatment of pneumoconiosis by whole lung lavage, he entered a graduate program in the University of Fukui School of Medicine, Japan, and was got his PhD degree in 2000 for study of the mechanism of pulmonary effects of metals nano-particles
