Biography
Dr. Chung is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD. He also serves as the Energetics Group Lead in the Center for Engineering Concepts Development and is the faculty advisor for the Energetics Concepts program in the Office of Advanced Engineering Education. Prior to joining the faculty in 2013, he was a civil servant in the US Army Research Laboratory, Computational & Information Sciences Directorate, Computational Sciences Division in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
