Biography
Dr. McFalls attended medical school at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison before heading to the Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland for his Cardiology Fellowship. After that, he completed a Research Fellowship at Hammersmith Hospital in London and obtained his doctoral degree in Coronary Physiology at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Holland. Dr. McFalls has worked as an Academic Staff Cardiologist at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Minneapolis since 1991. Currently, he is the Chief of Cardiology at the VA Medical Center in Minneapolis and a Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota.
