Biography
Dr. Emerich is Professor and Associate Chair of Biochemistry in University of Missouri. He has done his B.S. from University of Wisconsin, Madison and PhD from University of Wisconsin, Madison. The primary goal of his research is to determine which factors, genetic and/or biochemical, limit nitrogen fixation and thus plant growth and development.
Research Interest
Enzymology, physiology and genomics of biological nitrogen fixation and related metabolic activities.
