Biography
David joined LaSalle in 2006 and currently serves as Americas General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of LaSalle Investment Management Securities’ public equity advisory business. David also supports LaSalle’s private equity real estate advisory business in his Americas General Councel role through commercial contract negotiations, private equity fund formation, litigation support and strategic compliance program initiatives. David handles all legal and regulatory matters relating to Jones Lang LaSalle’s US broker-dealers.
Research Interest
Prior to joining LaSalle, David worked at the Chicago Board Options Exchange where he served as legal liaison to a variety of CBOE committees and participated in the creation of the CBOE Futures Exchange.
