Biography
Dr. Ali Imran is currently an Assistant Professor in Telecommunications Engineering Program at the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa, USA, since Jan-2014. Before joining OU, since Oct-2011 he was working as a Research Scientist at QMIC, Doha, Qatar. In this position, he led the development of a wide range of innovative solutions by conducting research mainly in the disciplines of wireless communication, software development, and sensor networks. Currently, he is also leading a multinational project on Self Organizing Wireless Networks ( www.qson.org ), for which he has successfully secured a research grant of $1.045 million.
