Biography
Russell has worked for OGS since 2000 as a GIS Specialist. His work in GIS consists of cartography, geodatabases, spatial analysis, and publication maps and graphics. He holds a M.A. in geography from OU. He enjoys spending time with family, watching movies, and caring for Len the chinchilla.
