J. Brent Hagy

Biography

J. Brent Hagy is Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer for Enable Midstream Partners, LP.  Enable Midstream is a publicly traded master limited partnership formed in May 2013 that owns, operates and develops strategically located natural gas and crude oil infrastructure assets serving major producing basins and markets.  Prior to the formation of Enable Midstream, Mr. Hagy served in various in-house counsel roles in the energy industry, including at Enogex LLC, Valero Energy Corporation, Magellan Midstream Partners, LP and The Williams Companies, Inc.  Mr. Hagy is a magna cum laude graduate of the Texas Tech University School of Law, where he served as an editor on the Texas Tech Law Review.
