Biography
Katheleen Guzman joined the law faculty in 1993, serving as Associate Director of the Law Center and Associate Dean of Academics from 2003-2006. She has taught property, wills and trusts, advanced trusts, Indian land titles, land use, and real estate transactions, and writes in related areas.Guzman graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she served as articles editor for the Arkansas Law Review and received the Outstanding Law Student Award from the National Association of Women Lawyers. After then earning an LL.M. from the Yale Law School, Guzman worked as a litigation associate with the Philadelphia firm of Dilworth Paxson. She has been a visiting professor of law at Villanova.
