Biography
Dr. Pulat is a Professor and the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs. She teaches and conducts research in the areas of mathematical modeling and applications to complex systems ranging from health care, transportation, distribution, and manufacturing. She is currently working on a sponsored project to develop a freight movement model for Oklahoma. She also works on the development of dynamic routing algorithms for stochastic transportation networks and on scheduling algorithms for the less-than-truckload industry.
