Biography
Elmer Ledesma has received his PhD Chemistry - Coal Pyrolysis and Combustion - The University of Sydney - CSIRO Division of Energy Technology (1999). Currently he is working as Associate Professor for the Chemistry department in the University of Saint Thomas Houston. He has successfully completed administrative responsibilities as Associate Professor and his research has included Pyrolysis, gasification and combustion of fossil fuels and biomass, Combustion of Shale Gas under HCCI Conditions, Numerical Simulation of the Partial Oxidation of Shale Gas in Monolithic Reactors, Thermochemical Processing of Lignocellulosic Biomass: Renewable Source of Chemicals, Fuels, and Energy.
