Biography
Michael J. Garrison is the Senior Associate Dean and a Professor of Ethics and Business Law in the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas. As associate dean, he coordinated the college's successful effort to secure initial accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International (AACSB) in 2010 and the continuous improvement review in 2015. He joined the college in 2005 as a tenured professor of business law and served as the chair of the Department of Ethics and Business Law from 2007-09. Prior to UST, Garrison was a professor of business law at North Dakota State University, where he also served as associate dean during his 20-year tenure.
