Biography
Susan J. Marsnik is a professor in the Department of Ethics and Business Law. Her primary teaching responsibilities have focused on the legal environment of global business. In addition to working on global initiatives for the institution, she has taught short- and long-term study abroad programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including a successful course based in the European Union which required students to negotiate an international contract with students from a German university. Marsnik has taught courses on international business law and comparative intellectual property law in specialized graduate programs at European universities and as a Fulbright Specialist at Beni Suef University in Egypt. She is currently a visiting professor at the University of Portsmouth in the U.K. and has held visiting appointments at the Université de Caen and the Université de Potier in France and Novosibirsk State University in Russia.
