Biography
Dawn Swink is passionate about teaching business law and truly enjoys getting to know the students at St. Thomas. She believes every student should study abroad at least once during their college career so she has become involved in this, as well. She co-directed the London Business Semester in 2005 and 2014; and co-directed a UMAIE BLAW J-term course in Australia in 2010. Dawn has three main research interests: employment law, e-commerce, and reproductive law. She has published numerous articles in scholarly journals including the American Business Law Journal, Brigham Young University Law Review, and the University of Maryland Law School's Journal of Health Care Law & Policy. She has won several awards for her articles. Swink is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the Midwest Law Journal and serves as an articles reviewer for the Journal for Legal Studies in Education.
