Biography
Igor Osobov is a visiting assistant professor of finance at the Darla Moore School of Business. His research focuses on corporate finance, especially on payout policy, capital structure and debt structure. Osobov has published in the Journal of Financial Economics and in the Journal of Corporate Finance. He previously taught at the University of Iowa, University of Connecticut, Georgia State University and Indiana University.
