Biography
Mohammad Irani is an assistant professor of finance at the Darla Moore School of Business. He teaches Corporate Financial Analysis at the undergraduate level.
Research Interest
His research interests range from empirical corporate finance to empirical asset pricing. Irani is particularly interested in mergers and acquisitions, cross-sectional asset pricing, event studies and financial econometrics.
