Biography
Olga Perdikaki is an assistant professor of management science at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She received her Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining the Darla Moore School of Business, she was on the faculty of Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Her research has appeared in Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Decision Sciences and the European Journal of Operational Research. She was the recipient of a Dissertation Completion Fellowship awarded by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Perdikaki is actively involved in several professional organizations, including INFORMS and POMS societies, organizing conference sessions. She has served as the co-chair of Retail Operations Management Track in the 2016 POMS Annual Conference. She serves as an ad-hoc referee for Management Science, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, and Decision Sciences.
Research Interest
Perdikaki’s research focuses on retail operations, supply chain management, and the interface between marketing and operations. She has taught operations and supply chain management at the undergraduate level.
