Biography
Since graduate school, Cloutier has sought to determine those characteristics that distinguish effective teachers from average. He has surveyed school principals and consolidated several dozen characteristics into three basic areas: instructional skills, classroom management and professionalism.He is the author and project manager for the Collegial Teacher Enhancement Project. He consults with the Hillsborough County Schools in grant preparation and evaluation. Cloutier has a passion for baseball and has served as an umpire for games from little league through college.
