Biography
Mrs. Richards obtained an MS in sport management from Slippery Rock University and is currently pursuing her doctorate in health policy. She is nationally certified as a Wellness Practitioner and Wellness Program Coordinator by the National Wellness Institute, the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and the American Council on Exercise, (ACE), as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. She is also a certified American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid Professional Rescuer Instructor , a YogaFit certified Instructor and a Reiki Practitioner. . A former college athlete and current marathon runner, Mrs. Richards has professional experience in corporate, community and collegiate fitness, wellness and recreation, and currently trains clients and teaches group exercise classes in various locations in Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
