Biography
Prof Dhananjay Gupta, has received his PhD inin Life Sciences, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, School of Life Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India, 2000; Mentor: Prof. NZ Baquer. Currently, he Research Assistant Professor, Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology,Diabetes and Metabolismis working as Research Assistant Professor in university of vermont. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Professor. His research has included Pathogenesis,Islet beta cell biology,Molecular mechanisms of adaptive islet beta cell response with changing metabolic milieu, Role of the transcription factors acting as molecular switches in regulation of islet beta cell function and survival.
