Prof Stephen T. Higgins has received his PhD Child Psychology and Human Development, University of Kansas, Lawrence, KS. Currently, he is Research Professor, Department of Psychiatry in university of vermont. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Professor. His research has included Characterizing Nicotine Withdrawal in Pregnant Smokers,Psychology,, Behavioral Pharmacology/Addiction.
