Biography
Dr. Brian Duckwitz primarily teach Composition for the English department, but he also occasionally teach Science Fiction Literature and an interdisciplinary course titled Is the Pen Mightier Than the Sword? The latter serves to explore the connections between literature, history, and swordplay. Dr. Brian Duckwitz also teach Beginning Fencing and Intermediate Fencing for the department of Health and Exercise Science and am certified as a Moniteur d'Armes by the United States Fencing Coaches Association. He advise the Sabre Rattlers Fencing Club as well as Altered Reality—the Science-Fiction and Fantasy club at UW-Rock County.
