Biography
Dr. Wufeng Tian came to UW-Barron County as an assistant professor of Mathematics in 2015. He loves teaching mathematics and using a variety of teaching strategies to instruct the students and to promote student success. He has taught a wide range of mathematics and statistics classes over the past eight years. His research interests are in Applied and Computational Mathematics. He has been working on high order numerical methods for solving PDEs, mathematical modeling, numerical methods and fast algorithms for structure and solvation analysis in molecular biology systems.
