Biography
Professor Jon Audhya pursued hid B.S. in year 1997 from Brown University, Providence, RI.He did his Ph.D. in year 2002 from University of California, San Diego and his Postdoctoral in year 2003-07, Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research. He received many awards from different institutions which includes- • Bachelor of Science, Magna cum Laude, Brown University, 1997 • Harvey Almy Baker Graduate Fellowship, Brown University, 1997 • National Cancer Institute Training Grant Award, 1998-2002 • Helen Hay Whitney Foundation Post-Doctoral Fellowship, 2004-2007 • DeLill Nasser Award for Professional Development in Genetics, 2006 • March of Dimes Basil O'Connor Starter Scholar Research Award, 2010 • American Heart Association Scientist Development Grant Award, 2010
Research Interest
Understanding fundamental mechanisms by which membrane proteins, lipids, and other macromolecules are transported throughout eukaryotic cells.
