Biography
Dr. Rick Marolt worked for twenty years in insurance and publishing as a computer specialist, information technology manager, assistant vice president of operations, member of a strategic management team, and business manager. He have also worked for several clients as a management consultant. Since 2007, he have taught a variety of courses in management and human resources, including organizational improvement, organizational behavior, staffing, teams, ethics, and strategic management.He have a B.A. from Carleton College, an M.A. from Princeton University, and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
