Biography
Professor Sean B. Fain pursued his B.S.in Geology, University of California, Davis, CA and his B.S.in Physics, University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, Minneapolis, MN.He further did his Ph.D., Biomedical Imaging and Biophysics, Mayo Graduate School, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN Professor Sean also holds many Awards and Honors such as- Honorable Mention, National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship Award Geological Sciences Department Fellowship, University of California - Santa Barbara Undergraduate Research Opportunities Grant (UROP), University of Minnesota - Twin Cities Magna Cum Laude Citation for Exhibition Titled, "Carotid MRA: A Decade of Development," 85th annual meeting of the RSNA National Cancer Institute/UW Radiological Sciences Post-Doctoral Training Grant International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) Student Travel Stipend Sandler Program for Asthma Research, Junior Investigator Award from 2014-Present he is working as Professor with tenure of Medical Physics, University of Wisconsin-School of Medicine & Public Health, Madison, WI
