Vanessa K. Brown

Biography

 As senior vice president, human resources, Vanessa is responsible for providing the human resources strategic direction and overseeing the people, programs and processes that maximize human capital within the company.  Vanessa joined Valmont in 1973 in the Human Resources department and has held progressively responsible positions within the Human Resources function at Valmont. She was named senior vice president, human resources in July 2011. Vanessa was past president of the Human Resources Association of Omaha, and Nebraska Society of Human Resources.  Vanessa attended college at the University of Nebraska-Omaha majoring in Business.
