Biography
Professor Rayman joined the faculty in 2011 and teaches in the undergraduate program. Her 30 years of clinical expertise has been in the critical care environment including medical, surgical, cardiovascular surgery, neurological intensive care and multiple trauma. Prior to teaching, she was a Cardiovascular Clinical Nurse Specialist and is certified in Critical Care Nursing. Professor Rayman also maintains a limited practice at St. Anthony’s in Michigan City in the role of Clinical Educator. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, Zeta Epsilon Chapter, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, and the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists. She is also a certified BLS and ACLS instructor.
Research Interest
Medical, surgical, cardiovascular surgery, neurological intensive care and multiple trauma.
