Biography
Antonacci founded Vanguard Sciences in 2008. Currently, she oversees the company operations and long-term business strategies. Antonacci has developed best practices for the laboratories based on her extensive career in the food processing and food safety fields.Antonacci received her Food Science degree from the University of Illinois.ntonacci spent 25 years working with OSI Industries, Inc., a large multinational processor of beef, pork and poultry products supplying the "who's who" of global restaurant chains, retail brands and leading foodservice customers serving a wide range of raw and ready to eat products. Antonacci started as a Quality Control Supervisor for the flagship OSI production facility and was responsible for the internal laboratory providing microbiological and analytical work for the five Chicago area OSI locations.
