Beth Freeland

Biography

 Beth has 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in both research and cGMP manufacturing environments. Her experience has spanned early and late phase drug development where she has supported both oral and inhaled dosage forms, including device-based products.   She joins Velesco as an Analytical Scientist after nearly six years with Pfizer Global Research & Development. Beth previously worked in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Division in Ann Arbor, Michigan where she developed and validated analytical methods to support active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) and drug product development from pre-candidate to Phase II clinical studies. In 2007, she transferred to Sandwich, England where she provided extensive analytical support for the formulation development of a dual therapy inhalation drug product in late stage development.   Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from Michigan State University and is a member of the American Chemical Society (ACS).
