Biography
Mark Ubert serves as Chief Financial Officer and provides leadership to certain Functional areas within the organization. Mark brings more than 30 years of experience to the role of Chief Financial Officer, having worked in the CRO industry for nearly 20 years. Mark began his professional career in public accounting (1980 to 1989), working for both KPMG & EY. In 1994, he joined Omnicare (OCR) as a Div. CFO and VP of Finance. His career in the CRO industry began in 1999 and has had continuous involvement in a financial leadership capacity since. Mark joined Quintiles in 1999 assuming the Head of Finance for the KC, MO office. In 2001, he accepted an opportunity to provide financial leadership to the Quintiles operations in Asia, while based in Tokyo. In 2006, he became the Finance Leader for Quintiles Global Data Management. After Quintiles, Mark has worked for other mid-tier CROs. Mark holds a BBA degree in accounting from Washburn University and MBA degree, with emphasis in Finance, from Keller Graduate School.
