Mark P. Dentinger

Biography

Mark P. Dentinger has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Veritas Technologies LLC since June 26, 2017 and has responsibility for accounting, financial planning and analysis, along with corporate tax, treasury, purchasing and investor relations. Mr. Dentinger has more than two decades of experience across finance, strategy and operations. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of InvenSense, Inc. since September 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of KLA-Tencor Corporation from September 3, 2008 to August 9, 2013 and also as its Executive Vice President from September 2008 to August 9, 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of BEA Systems Inc. from February 24, 2005 to April 2008 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer since 2002. He served as a Senior Vice President for Finance, Vice President of Finance for Worldwide Services, Vice President for Corporate Finance and Corporate Controller of BEA Systems Inc., holding company of Plumtree Software, Inc. He was with BEA Systems for a total of nine years, during which he managed all aspects of finance, investor relations, legal, facilities and information technology. Prior to joining BEA Systems Inc., in February 1999, he served from 1993 to 1999 in a variety of finance positions at Compaq Computer Corporation. Prior to Compaq Computer Corporation, he served as a Senior Manager of Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Dentinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from St. Mary's College of California and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
