Jeffrey A. Swiecki

Biography

 Mr. Jeffrey A. Swiecki serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of VertiFlex Inc. Mr. Swiecki oversees the accounting, finance, tax, operations and human resource functions of VertiFlex. Mr. Swiecki served as Finance Director and Americas Controller for Invitrogen Corporation with financial responsibilities for North and South America. Mr. Swiecki spent 7 years with medical device company Guidant Corporation. During his seven year employment, he held various management roles in finance, marketing and information technology. He held domestic and international audit positions with accounting firms Arthur Andersen and Coopers & Lybrand. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Swiecki's academic credentials include a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University
