His research interests includes Systems biology of infectious disease,Comparative and functional genomics of oomycete plant ,Mathematical modeling of complex cellular responsespathogens,Molecular analysis of oomycete virulence proteins, especially effectors,Functional genomics of quantitative disease resistance and infection responses in plants,Computational prediction of gene functions. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Brett Tyler is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
