Dr. CARL ELKS is currently working as a Associate Professor, in the Department of  Electrical and Computer Engineering, Virginia Commonwealth University , Maturing and advancing the state of the art in the areas of safety assessment and fault . His research interests includes Maturing and advancing the state of the art in the areas of safety assessment and fault . He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of H4several international reputed journals. Dr. CARL ELKS is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Maturing and advancing the state of the art in the areas of safety assessment and fault .
