Biography
Dr. VITALIY AVRUTIN is currently working as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of  Electrical and Computer Engineering, Virginia Commonwealth University , USA. His research interests includes III-Nitride expitaxial structures for light emitters and high-power devices including semipolar and nonpolar material on silicon and sapphire substrates. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. VITALIY AVRUTIN is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to III-Nitride expitaxial structures for light emitters and high-power devices including semipolar and nonpolar material on silicon and sapphire substrates.
