Richard Deyermond

Biography

Richard (Rich) was appointed to the position of Vice President of Client Services in May 2016 and subsequently rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Rich leads all service teams engaged in the delivery of VirMedica’s technology solutions. Recognized as an astute and collaborative business partner, Rich is known for transforming customer support operations, professional services and managed hosting organizations to be customer focused, accountable and results oriented. Rich brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in SaaS and cloud-based software operations. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President at Global Service Delivery, Data Intensity, a leading supplier of cloud-based and remote managed solutions for the Oracle suite.
