Jim Litterer

Biography

 Jim Litterer, president and CEO, took on his current role at Vital in October 2015. As president, he presides over all operations within Vital. Prior to his current position, Mr. Litterer served as vice president of operations where he was responsible for global sales operations, all aspects of customer services and information technology. Since joining the company in May 2002, he has held several roles, including field implementation engineer, customer support manager, director of customer support and senior director of services. Prior to his employment at Vital, he helped build global customer support operations as a services operations analyst at Stellent, Inc. Mr. Litterer received his Bachelor of Science in management and information systems from Iowa State University.
