Biography

Laurie A. Siegel, III, has been the President of LAS Advisory Services since January 2013. Ms. Siegel served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Internal Communications of Tyco International Ltd. from January 2003 to September 28, 2012. She had worldwide responsibility for leading Tyco International Ltd.'s strategies in the areas of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, staffing, diversity, learning, human resource systems and processes and internal communications. Ms. Siegel served at Honeywell International from September 1994 to December 2002, where she spent eight years in various roles, including Vice President of Human Resources of Specialty Materials. After leading the compensation organization from 1994 to 1997 at Honeywell, she served as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources of Honeywell until 1999. Thereafter, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources in the Aerospace and Specialty Materials divisions at Honeywell. Prior to joining Honeywell, Ms. Siegel served as a Director of Global Compensation of Avon Products and a Principal at Strategic Compensation Associates. She has been Independent Director of FactSet Research Systems Inc. since September 21, 2015. Ms. Siegel has been a Director of CenturyLink, Inc. since July 1, 2009. She served as Board Observer of Volt Information Sciences, Inc. since March 30, 2015 and has been its Non-Executive Director since May 2015. She served as a Director of Maxion Wheels Inc. from April, 2004 to April 21, 2006. She previously served as a Director of Embarq Corporation since May 2006. Ms. Siegel is a Member of the Personnel Roundtable, the "Human Resources 50", and on the Advisory Boards of the Cornell Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies and The Rutgers Business School. She serves as an advisor to the G100 Network and teaches at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and the Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Ms. Siegel graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of General Studies and received a Master's of Business Administration and a Masters degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University.
