Michael R. Mills has been the Chief Administrative Officer of Vulcan Materials Company since February 12, 2016. Mr. Mills served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Compliance Officer at Vulcan Materials Company from November 1, 2012 to February 12, 2016. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of East at Vulcan Materials Company from December 2011 to November 1, 2012. He served as the President for Southeast Division of Vulcan Materials Company since February 1, 2007. He joined Vulcan in 1991 and served as Vice President and General Manager, West, for Vulcan's Midsouth Division. Prior to that time he served as Assistant General Counsel of Construction Materials Group. He is a graduate of Harvard University, the University of Alabama School of Law and Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Michael R.
