Biography
Todd Wagener has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico. For 10 years prior to coming to Roswell he worked in Highway, Utility and Heavy Construction. After moving to Roswell he worked for local engineers and surveyors. Upon obtaining his surveying license in 1985 he formed Wagener Engineering and has been providing engineering and surveying services to the area.Todd has been very active in the engineering and surveying organizations. He has been active in development of the Minimum Standards For Surveying In New Mexico and Professional Development.
