Biography
Mr. Chan has 15 years of professional services experience in energy industry consulting and power station design. His consulting experience includes developing mass and energy balance models, due diligence reviews, new power project development, and provide technical assistance to clients for power station performance assessment worldwide. Mr. Chan’s recent design projects include steam turbine generation facility and combustion turbine combine cycle power stations. He has applied his range of expertise to develop and manage start-up and commission power stations.
