Mr. Manter manages the Electrical Engineering staff for Waldron Engineering & Construction, Inc. Mr. Manter has over 25 years of engineering and managerial experience in professional design and manufacturing firms. The staff Mr. Manter manages is responsible for the design and commissioning power generation and distribution including protective relaying and coordination for industrial, institutional and public buildings; supporting system impact and feasibility studies; preparing utility interconnect applications; developing 34.5kV, 138 kV and 115 kV voltage substation and transmission systems; designing and manufacturing process and distributed control systems.
