Biography
Nancy M. Schlichting is the former Chief Executive Officer of Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to joining Henry Ford, Schlichting was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Summa Health System and Akron City Hospital. She was also President of the Eastern Region of Catholic Health Initiatives and President and CEO of Riverside Methodist Hospitals. Schlichting serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., a global provider of medical technology, products and services. In addition, Schlichting sits on the boards of The Kresge Foundation, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago – Detroit Branch, Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy Board of Visitors, the Citizen’s Research Council of Michigan, the Detroit Economic Club and the Downtown Detroit Partnership.
