Biography
Mr. Steven G. Glenn is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Warburg Pincus LLC. Mr. Glenn joined the firm in 2007. He also serves as a member of the firm's Executive Management Group. He is responsible for all financial administration and treasury functions in his role as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Glenn is responsible for coordinating global tax structuring across the firm's investment portfolio. He also leads the efforts within the finance team to assist portfolio companies with discount purchasing and also in legal. He also serves as the Treasurer at the Make A Wish Foundation of New Jersey. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Glenn was a Tax Partner in Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services Group. He is the former Treasurer and an active supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey. He is a C.P.A. Mr. Glenn received a J.D. from Fordham University, an M.S. from SUNY Albany, and a B.S. from Binghamton University.
