Biography
Nicholas Cavoti is a professor in the Department of Psychology. He teaches courses in elementary psychology, experimental psychology, and organizational behavior management. His areas of interest include experimental design, human learning, and the application of behavioral principles to the workplace. In addition to teaching, Dr. Cavoti provides consultation to business and industry in the areas of process documentation and optimization, quality improvement, supervisory development, behavioral safety, and executive assessment.
