Biography
Kenn Daratha serves on the faculty at the Washington State University College of Nursing and at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He teaches doctoral statistics, evidence-based practice, and clinical epidemiology. His research interests include improving health outcomes for hospitalized patients. His most recent publication in the Clinical Journal of the American Society of Nephrology was titled ‘Risks of Subsequent Hospitalization and Death in Patients with Kidney Disease’. His manuscript titled ‘Co-Occurring Mood Disorders among Hospitalized Patients and Risk for Subsequent Medical Hospitalization’ was just accepted by the journal General Hospital Psychiatry.

Improving health outcomes of hospitalized patients, chronic kidney disease, cardiovascular disease and interventions, metabolic diseases, acute kidney injury, biostatistics and epidemiology
