Biography
The research focus of my lab is genetic dissection of complex traits involving gene-gene and gene-environment interactions using large datasets, including GWAS, metabochip, Exome chip, and sequence datasets. Specific research activities include investigating sources of missing heritability for CVD traits using interactions, pathways, and rare variants in large collaborative family and genetic studies.
Research Interest
By serving as the Data Coordinating Center for several multi-center family and genetic studies, ready access is available to large and resourceful databases. These include the HyperGEN Study, genetic epidemiology, statistical genetics, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, interactions.
