Biography
Mr. Steven F. Bouck has been the President of Waste Connections, Inc. since September 1, 2004. Mr. Bouck served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Waste Connections, Inc. from February 1998 to September 1, 2004. He served various positions with First Analysis Corporation from 1986 to 1998, including as Managing Director coordinating corporate finance and Vice President. He provided merger and acquisition advisory services to companies in the environmental industry. Mr. Bouck was also responsible for assisting in investing venture capital funds focused on the environmental industry that were managed by First Analysis. In connection with those investments, he served on the boards of Directors of several companies. He served as Equity Analyst of First Analysis Securities Corporation, Research Division. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1990. Mr. Bouck holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School.
